When recruiting for all general production areas we look for people with good communication skills. Employees must be able to speak English at a conversational level. A strong eye for detail and a high level of hand-to-eye co-ordination is important. General duties in the production areas include soldering, testing, jigging, sorting and typical production line work.

All production positions will go through an interview process which includes a 2 hour assessment centre and a 15 minute panel interview.
