Rakon has a complete product range for high reliability applications for medicine, power space, defence and research; from crystals, XOs and VCXOs through to TCXOs and OCXOs. Rakon has been involved in military and aerospace GPS solutions since the 1990s and our European operations have been involved in these applications since the 1940s. The vast majority of our customers have unique requirements. At Rakon we are able to customise many standard products or create entirely new solutions.

g-shock survival (Crystals, XOs, TCXOs)
Rakon's unique patented strip technology has been specifically developed for enhanced shock and vibration performance.
Products have been designed to survive and operate after g-shocks of up to 50,000g under optimal conditions. Typical specifications range from 20,000 – 40,000g.

This unique G-tolerant design uses patented technology which can achieve sensitivities of <0.2ppb/g.
A range of package options are available, including hermetically sealed DIL14 and smaller SMD options.
