Ultra Low Phase Noise TCXO

Our Ultra Low Phase Noise TCXOs deliver ultra-low noise (ULN) in a compact package size of 14.5 x 9.5 x 6.0 mm. It is designed for clock reference applications where ultra-low phase noise and low wander generation performance are crucial. 

The RPT1490LN has been selected as QUALCOMM qualified reference part supporting the 5G FSM100xx platform. The registered QUALCOMM design reference numbers are FSM10055 and FSM10056.

These TCXOs support high bandwidth applications performing QAM-like modulation and require low phase noise at large frequency offsets. 
 

Applications: 5G RRUs and 5G small cells, microwave & millimetre wave systems, test & measurement equipment and coherent optical modules.
