High Stability TCXO

Our High Stability TCXOs offer frequency stabilities of ±0.5 ppm over -40 to 85°C. The operating temperature range can be extended from -40 °C to 105°C for specific applications such as for automotive and positioning.  

The footprint sizes available range from 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm down to 2.0 x 1.6 mm. 

Applications: smart wireless devices, communications, consumer products, LBS handsets, PCMCIA CDPD cards, PDA, PND, WiMAX/WLAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS applications.
